You can travel hundreds of miles to see a bird, slog through swamps, brave wintry winds … but some of the best bird-watching can be outside your window, especially if you have a good source of water and treats such as safflower, millet and suet.
Lyle Anderson, who lives on Park Point, shared these images he caught on a window feeder on Aug. 4, which apparently was a rainy day.
