Caribou Lake pecker

Soon after reading last week’s post about a red-bellied woodpecker on Madeline Island, Diane Spicer spotted another red-bellied woodpecker at her suet feeder on Caribou Lake. She shared these pictures:

  1. I live in northern Wisconsin halfway between Hurley and Minocqua, I too had a red bellied woodpecker at my feeders. This is the first time I have seen them – what a treat!!
